Extremely cold hardy and carefree. Sweet smelling blossoms cover the glossy foliage in late spring. Flowers best when planted in full sun. Reaches its mature bloom about the third season. Forms a dense hedge 2-3 ft. tall with an equal spread; creates a striking backdrop for your other perennials. Zones 3-8. No. 1 root divisions with 2-3 eyes.
